Welcome Skateboards

California skater Jason Celaya, who started the brand from home with about $2,000 on a credit card as a way to make something deliberately different from what was “popular” at the time. From the beginning, Welcome built its identity around non-conforming shapes, pastel/occult-leaning art direction, and a DIY, skater-led approach—Celaya is often framed as the creative force behind the brand. Beyond decks and apparel, Welcome also developed the Orbs wheels line.
