Westgate on Sea has a new Mini Ramp
We’re delighted to share that the ramp is now open for everyone to use and enjoy. We’d like to say a big thank you to Nic Powley and the Margate Skateboard Club crew for working alongside us to deliver this for Westgate’s kids - big and small! This joint project is a great example of how community involvement at the Annual Town Meeting can lead to real action. Nic spoke about the need to update the existing skate park at our meeting in 2024 and the Town Council pledged to support the plan, both practically and financially.
